If you are looking for an Aromatix perfume, you will quickly land on the collaboration between Aromatix and the house French Avenue. In 2025 it produced a range of six unisex scents, from the ice-cold French Avenue x Aromatix Platine Blanc to the warm, sweet Naughty Dates. We stock all six in our Aromatix collection. This guide covers who is behind the name, what the scents share and which bottle fits your style and season.
Who is behind Aromatix?
Aromatix is the name of perfume expert and reviewer Neeb. In 2025 the collaboration between Aromatix and French Avenue, a house that is part of Fragrance World, was released. The result is a range of six perfumes that carry the Aromatix name and are listed in our shop as French Avenue x Aromatix.
You may already know French Avenue from our range; the house has its own French Avenue collection with us. The Aromatix range sits alongside it as a line of its own, with a clear signature: modern, very wearable compositions that were not made for one gender.
Aromatix perfume: what makes the range special
All six scents are unisex and together they cover the whole year: there is an icy summer scent, a soapy-powdery office scent and a warm gourmand for winter evenings. What stands out when we line them up:
- Two concentrations. Magnetiq and Teas Me are extrait de parfum; Platine Blanc, Forbidden Fruit, Sun Kissed and Naughty Dates are eau de parfum.
- A clear tea and cocktail thread. Tea, an Aperol accord, a margarita accord, cream soda and tonic return in several bottles and give the range a playful, almost drinkable character.
- A recognisable base. Sandalwood, amber and vanilla return in the base of most of the six, so the scents stay related.
- One size. Every scent comes in a 100 ml bottle.
The six scents
Below we go through the range, with the notes from our own product descriptions and a tip on who and when each scent works best.
French Avenue x Aromatix Platine Blanc
Platine Blanc is the coolest of the six. An eau de parfum with mint, lime, a tonic accord and lemon on top, rosemary, blackcurrant and jasmine in the heart, and musk, ambergris, sandalwood and oakmoss as the base. The whole is crystal clear and slightly mineral, almost salty.
Who it suits: lovers of fresh, clean scents that must not be sweet. Ideal on hot days, for sport or as a summer office scent.
French Avenue x Aromatix Magnetiq
Magnetiq is an extrait de parfum that smells clean and soft. Lavender, bergamot and pink pepper open, followed by iris, neroli, orange blossom, musk and rosemary, and the base is richly filled with myrrh, amber, sandalwood, cedar, vanilla and oakmoss. Soapy and powdery, with the feel of a freshly washed jumper.
Who it suits: anyone who wants a clean and cosy scent for both the office and the evening. A safe choice for every season.
French Avenue Aromatix Teas Me
Teas Me revolves around black tea. Ginger, lime and teak set the tone, the heart holds black tea, cardamom, hedione and geranium, and the base consists of tonka bean, vanilla, amber, patchouli and olibanum. An aromatic-oriental extrait de parfum that recalls a cup of Arabic tea.
Who it suits: those who want calm and refinement rather than sweetness. Lovely in spring and summer and at business occasions where you do not want to dominate.
French Avenue x Aromatix Forbidden Fruit
Forbidden Fruit is the playful one of the group. Blood orange, bergamot and cardamom on top, red apple, peach, a margarita accord and rose in the heart, and vanilla extract, amber, benzoin, cedar, musk and sandalwood as the base. Sweet and fruity, with a boozy sparkle.
Who it suits: lovers of sweet fruity scents with a festive twist. Fun for a night out, a birthday or spring.
French Avenue x Aromatix Sun Kissed
Sun Kissed is summer in a bottle. Bitter orange, pomelo and bergamot open bitter-fresh, then come tea, cream soda, an Aperol accord and cardamom, with cedar, amber tonic, vetiver, vanilla and cashmeran in the base. A woody-aromatic citrus scent with a cocktail feel.
Who it suits: anyone who likes bitter citrus and wants more than the usual summer scent. Perfect for holidays, terraces and long summer evenings.
French Avenue x Aromatix Naughty Dates
Naughty Dates is the warmest of the six. Cardamom, bergamot and mandarin on top, then dates, coffee, honey, ebony, cinnamon and hazelnut in the heart, and vanilla, caramel, sandalwood and amber as the base. A floral-fruity gourmand that smells like an oriental market.
Who it suits: sweet lovers looking for a scent for evenings and winter. Wear it to a dinner, a party or simply on a cold day.
Which Aromatix suits you?
Torn between two bottles? This is how we sort the range by season and occasion:
- Summer and sport: Platine Blanc or Sun Kissed.
- Office and everyday: Magnetiq, with Teas Me as the more refined alternative.
- Evenings and going out: Forbidden Fruit for playful, Naughty Dates for warm and sweet.
- Autumn and winter: Naughty Dates, and Forbidden Fruit on a cold winter evening.
Because all six are unisex, you do not have to choose between a men's or women's scent; choose by character. If you want to combine two, Platine Blanc and Naughty Dates make a logical summer-winter duo. You will find the whole range together in our Aromatix collection; order from FragranceGems and you have all six in one place.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the Aromatix perfumes for men or women?
All six scents are unisex. Platine Blanc and Sun Kissed are often experienced as fresher and sharper, Forbidden Fruit and Naughty Dates as sweeter, but every bottle is made to be worn by anyone.
What is the difference between eau de parfum and extrait de parfum in this range?
Magnetiq and Teas Me are extrait de parfum, the other four are eau de parfum. Extrait is the higher concentration and usually smells a little fuller and denser on the skin. Pick by character rather than by concentration.
Where can I buy the Aromatix range?
All six scents are gathered in our Aromatix collection at FragranceGems, next to the rest of the French Avenue range. Every bottle is 100 ml.
